WRNBC is committed to fostering education and increasing public awareness of local wildlife issues and their importance.   WRNBC has established a comprehensive education program developed to:

  • Communicate ways in which individuals and communities can co-exist with urban wildlife, and safely and humanely solve potential conflicts
  • Describe the role of the wildlife rehabilitator, and careers in wildlife rehabilitation
  • Review modern issues of wildlife welfare, including oil spills and oiled wildlife response/legislation
