We will be offering two Icebreaker activities on Saturday evening – a hosted event at BC Wildlife Park, followed by a yummy dinner at Original Joe’s near the hotel area. There will be tours offered of the BC Wildlife Park, and a guided grasslands hike at Lac du Bois.
Please register below according to your current membership category. Note that if you are not a current member, or have not yet renewed for 2018, signing up for the ‘Conference + Membership’ option allows you to take care of both tasks at once!

Conference Registration FAQ – Review before registering!
- Organizations that have an Facility Membership are eligible to send TWO representatives to the conference at the member rate
- Transportation to the local fieldtrip sites and from the hotel to BC Wildlife Park for the conference and activities will be provided by shuttle for those who do not have their own vehicle. Carpooling, for those who do have their own transportation, would be greatly appreciated – this option can be indicated in your registration. Taxis or public transit is also available if you would prefer to arrange transport at alternate times.
Shuttle times/locations will be as follows:
Friday – hotel to BCWP Tour and/or Winery @ 4:30PM; return from BCWP Tour and/or Winery leaving BCWP @ 6:15PM
Saturday – hotel to BCWP @ 7:30AM for conference start; depart BCWP for hotel @ 7:30PM
Sunday – hotel to BCWP @ 7:30AM for conference start; depart BCWP for hotel @ 2:30PM OR depart BCWP for hike @ 2:30PM

Member Rate for conference – $75
Individual WRNBC membership – $25
Organization WRNBC membership – $35
Non-member Rate for conference – $95
One-day Conference Rate – $50
